You’re getting hung up on the long term local jobs. Think of it more like a pipeline. There will be a shite load of construction workers, electricians, engineers, linesman etc. working on this. And while there may only be a couple local jobs, there are teams of people monitoring, ordering reviews by drones, and more to keep these producing how they need to be to keep the economics right side up.
