Matching up the intellectual capacity of Putin and Biden is likely comparing a dolphin to a potato.
Putin is a former KGB agent with the patience to play the long game, which he has been doing for years. He is well seasoned and proficient in geopolitical subterfuge, espionage and proactivity.
Biden is a dementia-ridden, geriatric trojan horse who can't remember what he had for breakfast and gets his wife and sister mixed up.
The fact that Biden was installed as "leader of the free world" is both embarrassing and humiliating.
