I just noticed something else with him that is a definite telltale sign of someone with Parkinson’s or some other kinds of dementia. Look as he walks. Besides looking like a feeble old man, what do you notice? The backs of his hands face forward. That’s not normal. A normal person walks with the sides of his hands forward. That is a Parkinson’s walk.

George W Bush walked like that when he was President. He later said something about walking like that with his elbows out was to show power and authority.
