Bundy had a court date to which he showed up! However, he refused to wear a mask. As I understand it, they refused to allow him to come in.. Then issued a bench warrant for his arrest for failure to appear even though he is there!
JJBot would allow Bundy to indefinitely postpone his hearing, by “showing up” but then refusing to meet the conditions for entry into the building.
