What does this mean no pregame

I'm guessing it refers to pregame activities outside the stadium such as TAF,etc The band still has to march into the stadium so why can't they play the pregame?

It will be later than that since practice ends at 8:00

The band will be doing everything just as they normally do with the exception of playing IN THE PMAC for the TAF members. Everything else is normal.

fyi from what the guy in the ticket office just told me, the band will be coming down the hill at 8:10
