gas is a little louder
you have to replace batteries every 2-5yrs and it's between 500-900 to do so.
I'd rather have gas.

I have had to replace mine 1x in 8 years. Just do easy monthly maintenance and it will last. The cost ends up being about $600-800 depending on how many batteries.
