re: Workers own the means of production. How would this work?

There are really a lot of companies that operate this way, and some of them are very successful. Fender music company was/is owned by employees and I know of several big trucking companies that are in this kind of partnership. I don't know exactly how it works, but the employees are still just mostly employees, but are paid with some stock?

The idea is everyone would share the profit. No one person making more than the other. But we know our fellow citizens. Not everyone puts in equal work. So no, it would never work.
