DO NOT use FARMERS period...my mom made one claim on her house and was dropped after 35 years..
They have just returned to the Louisiana market but would not use them for home of auto insurance...one claim in 35 years of paying on time every month and they dropped her...

Pure is great for bundling. Needs to be $1M plus houses. Best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with.
