Fear porn I work in the industry this is not super uncommon it will come and go without notice.

The price of oil climbing is what it actually driving prices up.

Oil getting back to 2018 prices is the cause of commodities like Lumber being 2-3x higher than 2018 prices?

Trillions of new money is being injected into the economy. That is the largest culprit. Oil is a fart in the wind in comparison. Oil was double its current price 10 years ago.
