Having been infected before offers little to no protection in the short/medium term.

The difference is the vaccine targets your immunity to highly conserved segments of the virus. Your immune system might target parts prone to mutation in a natural infection

I'm just saying its not 100% just like the death rate is really low for anyone that isn't a fatass.

Nothing in this world is 100% except les miles fumbling clock situations.

Wow! You are remarkably wrong. Getting CV is far better than getting vaccinated in the range up to 9 months. We just don’t know about after that. The second vaccine shot gets you close, but still not to where the actual disease does.
