Scottish Salmon brined overnight
Pan seared then topped with Kale/Walnut pesto and cooked for 2 minutes in 400 oven.

Mashed cauliflower puree with bacon, butter and roasted garlic

Baby spinach/arugula salad with heirloom tomato.
