Where? Where, exactly, have you heard that the vaccines are only 35% effective against the virus’s most severe consequences? I want sources cited and exact quotes that say it is 35% effective. Because everything I’ve seen shows that after the second shot, they’re roughly 95% effective against death and hospitalization from the virus. You can still catch the virus with the vaccine, which is true with most virus vaccines. This vaccine protects a person from the more serious symptoms more than preventing the person from catching the virus in the first place. The flu vaccine works much the same way.
I’ll await your proof.
