re: Morality of signing up for vaccine waitlist if you aren't high risk

I have some conditions that make me high risk, so I had the second immunization earlier this week and was very happy to get it. It has been my experience that virtually anyone who wants the vaccine can get it. You might not get an appointment exactly when you want it or exactly where you want it...but anyone who is reasonably persistent and flexible can get a vaccine. So, I would not hesitate to get the vaccine if someone wants it...particularly in the circumstances you mention.
