It isn't Blue Belt stuff either but it isn't really rocket science going for knee bars and heel hooks if you google it. The main reason most jits schools don't teach it much until you get into the upper level belts is that most tournaments forbid leg submissions until you get into the Brown Belt or higher ranks. You can seriously cripple an opponent with a lower leg submission so you better know what you are doing.
