So Abbott issues mask mandate himself last year.
Then comes out on Texas Independence Day with pomp and circumstance.. “Texas is now free of the mask mandate! Long live Texas and freedom!”

What point are you trying to make here? It's not like everyone in this thread is saying Abbot is awesome, it's people celebrating another state siding with freedom.
