Usually use Louisiana, but we tried Cajun Land for a few boils last year. Everyone really enjoyed it.

I usually never add salt when I use Louisiana, but I did have to add a little salt with Cajun Land. Maybe 1/3 of a container.

This is why I like Cajunland, I don’t feel like shite with the amount of salt in Zats and Louisiana.

I didn’t like the Chinese pepper taste of Chackbay, had a funny aftertaste.
