Yeah I know they get a decent amount of protection now after first dose. But I’ve been doing this for how long? What’s a few more weeks at this point.

And I realize I could still possibly get it and give it to them. But if they are fully vaccinated....I don’t have to worry about it killing my dad if he ever got it.

. i rode the exercise bike last night for cardio instead of running. it was a nice change of pace. working on my revenge bod for summer.

We had the rower and the bike in our workout last night. I burned over 600 calories in 45 min. Dead after.

Good Morning Nurse.

I received my second Pfizer shot Friday. Got it at 9:30 AM and then went on a 12hour round trip drive. Was wiped out Saturday but it was probably the drive after effects more than the shot. I’m 63 and feel good today.
Can’t wait to be able to put the grandkids in the boat and go play.

don't forget to give the little man in the boat the attention he deserves. It will lead to a stimulating experience for all

I too have a scientific calculator, for all my calculations and such

I'm old, I like having a physical calculator for quick checks.

My mental math is usually perfect, but I can fckk up at times.

I hate using phone calculators as I need that tactile feel of the keys.

never measured it....I used to do tri's, a couple half ironmans and a few half marathons....I've always had good wind. Never had any issues getting winded....my issues were always with running because I have flat feet

I did CF for about 6 years. Like did the open and competitions. Got me in great shape but I got sick of it and when I moved here I didn't like any of the gyms. Then a F45 gym opened up about 5 min from me and I like it wayyy more than CF.

Pickle Ball

quote:

Pickleball is a paddleball sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis.[2] Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball,[3] with 26-40 round holes, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications. Pickleball was invented in the mid 1960s as a children's backyard game.[4] Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. The spread of the sport is attributed to its popularity within community centers, physical education classes, public parks, private health clubs, YMCA facilities and retirement communities. There are multiple tournaments played each year both within the United States: The U.S Pickleball National Championships and U.S Open Pickleball Championships as well as numerous international championships.
