Voyager - VYGVF Due Diligence

Voyager is a crypto brokerage similar to Fidelity or Etrade with stocks.
Voyager is experiencing parabolic growth.

Let's compare Voyage to the future IPO of Coinbase.
Bloomberg link on Coinbase's IPO
My math on Voyager - VYGVF vs Coinbase:
Voyager's market cap is $3B
Coinbase's market cap is $100B where it is currently trading on the private NASDAQ pre IPO
Voyager's Current share price is $24
Market Cap Difference
$100B/$3B=33
$24/share x 33 = $792/ share
When Voyager reaches Coinbase's Market cap we see a 3300% inrease in value!!!
Let's compare revenues:
Coinbase is projected to make $2.3 billion in revenue in 2021
Voyager is projected to make $0.2 billion in revenue based on January and February numbers alone.
$100B / $2.3B = 43
$3B / $.2B = 15
Coinbase is trading at 43 x revenue whereas Voyager is trading at 15 x revenue
$.2 x 43 = 8.6B Market cap
8.6B market cap = $68.8 / share!!!
***This is based on January and February #s which will pale in comparison to every single month for the rest of the year. Voyager is experiencing year to year 10,000% sales growth.
$68.8 is CONSERVATIVE!!
Also, Voyager has the cleanest app, has NO transaction fees, the most crypto choices, and the most interest bearing cryptos?
Yoyager is also set to be released in Canada, New York, and Europe later this year. That's nearly another 1 billion customer base.
Voyager plans on adding a debit card system where you can pay with the money currently in your account.
In the future, Voyager also plans on adding stock exchanges.
This image is straight from the app store:
Voyager plans to uplist to the TSX in Canada then the NASDAQ. Once the institutions start buying stock in Voyager, we will never see these prices again.
Voyager is experiencing parabolic growth.

Summary
January revenue alone is expected to be 142% increase over the entire Q4 2020 revenue.
Management is working around the clock to scale the platform after seeing unprecedented growth.
VGX token and VYGVF are expected to continue to rise.
Trading volumes have accelerated even more.
quote:
The CEO stated that Voyager is in the process of scaling the platform to be able to handle a minimum of 10 million users and up to 100 million users. He needs to do it now because Voyager is expanding into the EU around August 2021. This will triple the potential user base of Voyager. It would be rational to assume growth can reaccelerate again in the second half of 2021.
If the recent growth rates continue into the summer, then it would be very reasonable to assume the stock and token price will continue to see huge price increases.

The company’s shares have changed hands in recent private transactions at levels that would value Coinbase at close to $100 billion, a person familiar with the matter said. That could make it one of the biggest companies to go public since Facebook Inc.

Voyager is up 20% today. This rocket will not stop anytime soon.
Coin base in 2020 had an average monthly income of 120mm
Voyager's revenue last month was 20mm
1/6 of Coinbase's revenue
1/6th of Coinbase's projected IPO market cap is 16B
Voyager would have to increase 500% to be in line with Coinbase's projected valuation

That’s some StockTwits math right there.
Using Counbase’s 2020 average while using the best month in Voyager history by more than 100% is, umm, dishonest at best.
Voyager’s total monthly revenue in 2020 was $20MM total, at best, compared to $1.5B for Coinbase.
Most recent earnings call is about to start though.

I agree that you can't take Coinbase and guarantee anything with Voyager, but man, it seems your mission in life is to be a dark cloud.

Couyon, did you miss where they added half a million new users already this year? That's ridiculous growth vs 2020. The worst month the company will ever have again is February 2021.
Coinbase is already trading privately at a 100B valuation. It's set to be the largest IPO since Facebook.
Let's compare Voyager's revenue vs Coinbase:
Voyager's February's revenue was $20m
Coinbase averaged $120m last year.
That put$ Voyager's value 1/6th of Coinbase. $100B/6 = $16.6B market cap. That means voyager could increase another 700% and still not be at their proper valuation.

Voyager is the best in the biz already.

yea I got off the waitlist a few weeks ago unfortunately the interest rates are among the worst in the space so not worth it at this point

I read a lot of shite I like/agree with, but commenting +1 doesn’t bring much to the board.
Laughing at someone making the comparison in the OP and calling it due diligence is a public service.

And what did Coinbase do in February? You’re using the best stretch in digital currency trading history for Voyager but the average 2020 monthly revenue for Coinbase. That’s disingenuous.
You’re on the right track using Coinbase for a parallel, but you’re drawing the wrong conclusions using those numbers. One of the issues in the space is the severe lack of moat IMO. Customers are fickle.

Shares of prominent crypto exchange Coinbase (COIN) changed hands at a roughly $90B value last week, according to a fresh report from Bloomberg. It's an astounding valuation given that the company was appraised at $8B in October 2018. The valuation is based on $350 a share, the price the stock was trading on the Nasdaq Private Market on Thursday. The auction was the last before Coinbase goes public in late March, though private trading is usually more restrictive and volumes are smaller, so it's not a perfect picture of a company's value.

They changed the requirements. Can't post on there for 45 days.

CGrand, check out the short interest. This is right up their alley. Most short interest I've seen since GME. The stock price continues to climb even with the massive short interest. The squeeze is coming.
Also, join us on Discord. Quite a few of us are on there bouncing ideas off one another. It's a great tool.

You said check out short interest, but I don't see that anywhere in your post. I see short volume, but that is different than short interest.

All I know is the app itself won’t accept the picture of my DL. It accepts the front but won’t accept the back. How am I supposed to put money in your company of it won’t let me?
Posted on 3/16/21 at 8:44 am to supadave3
I didn't have to take a picture to use it. Crypto is on a nice dip though. Perfect time to buy.
I would try reinstalling the app and clearing the app data/cache.
