Seasonal I guess. Had a Echo blower I brought in a month ago for my Dad, had it back in 2 days. Twice had to bring in a Honda mower I bought there for recall service on a wheel bushing, in both cases returned to me repaired in 2 days. But I always ask the anticipated turn around time though and in my case they’ve always been spot on.
