Good Lord, Id rather have a cattle prod shoved up my arse.
Nadler is a giant douche bag. I loathe everything about him, but he's right in this matter. It's not the job of congress to determine the will of God and pass laws accordingly. We are not a theocracy. We're a constitutional republic.
