No, just an example. I like treadmills or rowers better anyway. Never was a "stationary bike fan". I use apps paired to Fitbit to help keep a "bank account of calories. I use Lose It for one, but I'm not trying to lose weight. Just keep track to stay at the same level. Get enough exercise with my Krav Maga classes anyway.
