I understand. I'm just thinking two miles in a treadmill should take 20 minutes or less. My amateur understanding is that cardio under than 25-30 minutes is kinda all the same as long as you stay within your target HR. Maybe someone else here with more knowledge has better insight.
If time is the limiter in the workout I'd think a similar time in a bike would suffice. Just try to match your heart rate for your typical two miles run.
