I’ve not really explored any options because I know prices are so low. Occasionally I’ll let a contractor buddy cut a tree or two for a build, but that’s it.

I think that’s how Sunrise found out I have trees now that I think about it

All of the sawmills are more than happy to take your 14" oak trees for .25 a BF. Wait 10 years and your BF will go up 50% and the price will be up similarly. There is no reason to let your asset go right now.

This is a *wait and see* time. Zero risk to you.
