Yes we were bought out and lost the place my grandparents built and my parents bought some new place we don't like.

I know a few families that were pushing back, did not want to move.
Not just for higher buyouts, but because they are old and dgaf.
Seems like everyone I knew reloacted to Plattenville, Paincourteville or just Piere Part.
