This is true. 25 PTO days. 17 firm holidays.

Most people in public accounting grind it out as long as they can, and then transition into industry at an elevated position. Very few make it through to the Partner/director level, and the ones who do sacrificed there 20's and 30's to get there. Hence my gif on the 1st page.
