I've got no qualms with the Southland area, wasn't trying to sleight you by any means. Those areas are the typical "nice areas" but what individuals look for in where they live always differ.
Just not as much house for the price because it's a great location. Of course, having easy access to Winchell's and Mariakkas is well worth it.


Here OP: Don't rent in Eastland, Georgetown Rd, Winburn/Russell Cave, Tates Creek around Centre Parkway, Cardinal Valley, and parts of downtown particularly north of Main.

I think that covers it boys lol.
