I agree with you, but my recollection is that there is no neutral bar on the panel. Unfortunately I didn't take photos when I had it taken apart. I guess I'll just have to take it a part again and take photos.

I guess the other thought is that when the breaker trips all I do is reset the breaker and everything works. In other words, the breaker doesn't trip again after I reset it. The computer boots up fine on UPS until I flip the breaker switch to restore full power. Seems like if there was really an issue it would trip again...?

There is a neutral bar in that panel somewhere.
