In 2009 under Sherman we lost to K State 62-14 then came back the next week and beat a pretty good Tech team 52-30. Tech had beaten K State 66-14 two weeks before (the week before we played K State).
We finished 6-7, K State finished 6-6, Tech finished 9-4 and in the top 25. Any time someone tries to use the transitive property to predict a game I think about this
