i have never seen that tape or any evidence of that. not saying it's not true, but i've never seen anything confirming that.
was he trespassing on a construction site? sure. i've done that 100x. was he "out for a run" like all the running companies are virtue signaling for today? probably not.
that being said, this case is vastly different than floyd, brooks, or blake by a country mile.
