It's 100% a science major. Unless you're changing the definition of STEM.

It's the science of body movement ffs.

Pretty sure a bachelor of science is gonna fall under STEM

I would consider kinesiology to be STEM. It’s one of the most popular majors for people considering med school, PT/OT, PA, nursing, etc.
