I wonder what Newsom's death toll is? Why is that dem govs felt compelled to put covid into nursing homes? How could they be so ignorant and arrogant?

Risk assessment data was pretty well defined in the Diamond Princess cruise ship in early February. Like many cruises the patrons are a mix of newly weds and the nearly dead.
No young people died and all of the deaths were among the elderly, but stupid dem politicians combined their ignorance with their arrogance and fostered covid in their nursing homes.
DeSantis did the opposite doing all in the state's power to shield the elderly and it worked.

Damn people, how can some of yall still not understand.
Cuomo and Newsom didn't feel compelled to do what they did. They were told to do it by their masters.
They aren't ignorant of the outcome. They knew the reason behind the decision to murder these people. They were trying (successfully) to scare people into thinking that covid19 is a world changing disease and not just another flu like virus.
To do this they had to get the initial death count way up. Mission accomplished. I just hope two things happen. They see jail time for the rest of their lives and that they are furiously pissed at being targeted by the very people that told him to do it.

You could convince me they knew the outcome. But I think it’s more appropriate to attribute it to gross and utter incompetence until we see hard proof that it’s malevolence.
Also, remember nursing homes are low on the totem pole in the healthcare world. The hospitals wanted those patients out of there and were leaning on the public health officials for solutions.

Cuomo being merely stupid, then attempting a cover up when he realized his mistake, is plausible.
Half Whitmer was explicitly warned against issuing a nursing home order and not only did it anyway but also blocked alternatives that would have protected patients. And Levine didn't let the order take effect until Momma Levine was safely out of harm's way. Those two are guilty of first degree murder and should be in prison.
