I agree the LSU Nat pool is old and outdated. However, This is ALL about DAVE GEYER being a Horrible coach. He has been at LSU for 14-15 years and Head coach for 10 or 11 years! When you come in last or at the bottom of SEC EVERY year there is no more excuses. The reason that they are not dead last in mens and womens swimming consistently EVERY YEAR is because of diving and Dave Geyer doesnt even coach diving.
Dave Geyer has run out of excuses. Look at gymnastics where DD Breaux started with less than ZERO and she has built one of the Best programs. People want to get behind a winner and then facilities follow. Now is the time to start fresh. Get rid of Geyer and the losing mentality. Geyer does nothing to build and promote the sport in Louisiana. I cant count on ONE hand how many times I read about LSU swimming in the paper or on the news. We cant get worse than Geyer and LSU needs to start somewhere. Getting rid of Geyer is first step.

Comes out last in SEC and Board of Supervisors gives him a raise. Sounds like the swim coach is the best job in LSU athletics. AD should be on the hot seat for this one.
