I got tickets through a COTA employee with the concert upgrade for free. had a great view of britney's "dancing" throughout the show and it was pretty wide open. if you don't do the upgrade i would think there is a big rush to get to the front of that fence line to have a good view.
Would I pay for the upgrade? probably not unless I was really interested in the band.

Guess this is what Marko was getting on about with their pitstops being called into question.
