That's really awesome. I don't know why but it was the first thing I thought of. It reminded me of the Bernie Moore turf when I was a kid and used to play on it. I can imagine that day hurt like hell. Yall had a great team back then. That was my memorable years of first going to Tiger football games. Awesome days

To practice for games on turf we would practice at the track stadium , it was also hard as a rock .
