Do you have natural gas for heat? Your bill will absolutely go down during the winter when it's mild and you don't have to heat.

With records low temps like this for a week it's probably taxing the grid more than ever. Not everything is a conspiracy

Well someone just provided the numbers, 33% of homes are heated by natural gas, I'd say another 5-7% by some fuel other than electricity...so 40% of homes are not causing a strain on the grid during winter, and you also have upwards of 100k without power. The math doesn't add up.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong as I've very loosely been following the news, but isn't Texas facing power deficits due to their windmill dependency?
