re: Did the Winter Vortex ruin the crappie span

I know it's not the same but down here in far south La. I have been catching sac a lait full of eggs for the past several weeks. I don't think they are actively spawning yet but it's close. I figure they will move up shallow in the next week or so and begin their spawn down here. They are usually done by March down here.
