Must be since Andrew was much worse than Isabel and Charley. What I was getting at was that the flooding and damage from the wind was worse for Andrew than what I saw in Isabel and Charley.

Andrew was not a gulf coast storm when it hit the east coast of Dade county Florida. The damage there was incredibly catostrophic.Economic losses in Dade were larger than in Patterson La, when Andrew struck for the second time. Gulf storms worse than east coast storms?? No. I think they are equally as devastating and neither should be downplayed.
