What are the main features of wokeness?

1. Every disparate outcome between blacks and whites is because of the legacy of prejudice or current prejudice and must be remedied. Affirmative action of some kind of just.
2. Tolerance of homosexuals and all manner of LGBTQ is necessary, and embrace of this kind of diversity is preferred.
3. Wealth redistribution from the the well off to everyone else is only just, and it doesn't cause any significant problems.
4. economic inequality between men and women arises from conscious or unconscious sexism and must be remedied.
What else? I'm sure some will quibble with my wording, but that's fine. I'm trying to figure out what these tight button up shirt sleeve with animals on it men actually think so I know how to deal with them.

The main feature of "wokeness" is "the thing I don't like." Interrogate what's the common thread between everyone -- MAGA, neolib centrist, "brocialists", boomer conservative -- who calls their enemies "woke" and you'll realize it just means "i don't like this person!! they're BAD!"
