Yep used it, but was also looking for some more anecdotal information if anyone has been there more recently with COVID possibly affecting a lot of restaurants being open, tours, etc.

I went this summer. It’s pretty much open but limited in capacity. If you are going while it’s cold it may be difficult as most dining and bars/breweries were using the outdoors in the warmer weather. Make reservations for restaurants, make reservations for places like Biltmore etc. (try and do it first thing in the morning), and breweries are packed at limited capacity so expect long lines. You’ll probably have to wait outside for all of these. Masks are required everywhere (including sidewalk) once you leave your room/house.
