We saw how changing teams helped out Tannehill and Rivers. Its all about your situation. Eagles have 3 years left of a 2nd round quarterback's contract. Rebuild in 2021 and go balls deep on 2022 and 2023. Bears will be a 11 win team next year. They don't need their offense to be elite, they just need league average 24ish PPGs.
