Not sure who around here stepped on your tampon but it must have been enough to rip it out because you’ve bled all over this thread.
This actually seems to be your problem with the length of your last reply.
Google “$5 blood Mary’s/mimosa Baton Rouge” if you really don’t know
Fine dining is somewhere where I can go and another customer doesn’t have on a LSU tee shirt
So - one place in BR - if you also don’t count the BR Country Club.
Baton Rouge should have more fine dining just based on the fact that it’s the capital city and that many other cities of the same size if not smaller can sustain it. I’m not the only one saying it, and I’m not contradicting anything - I have plenty of knowledge of the economics. With the money and people in this town, fine dining should easily be sustainable.

So you really don’t know what the distinction of fine dining actually is.
Lady if you are waiting for haute couture to return to dining, in any city, I don’t know what to tell you. That ship has sailed. We live in a wash and wear world and fashion is only going more Lululemon as we speak-and let me take a moment to point out those stretch pants aren’t for most women. Its just a matter of time before we see people in robes and slippers at dinner. Ask any dry cleaner. They can’t afford fine dining.
And for the record I had dinner at BRCC a couple of weeks ago and there were plenty of jeans and even a few with shorts.
I suggest you slip into a black Lilly Pulitzer, let your hair down and go enjoy a nice dinner at one of the many good places listed and quit worrying about what fashion statements or lack thereof, others are making.
