Concern for victims has nothing to do with calling out the insanity of current Title IX rules and enforcement, or the fact that an organization like the DOE will be investigating something like this. If you really want justice for women who have been assaulted, how do you expect to get it from a school tribunal with no due process or the fricking DOE?

Too bad we ran Joe Alleva off...he’s just the man to lead a university’s athletic department through a sexual assault scandal.
