It's overpriced and there are not as many deer as you would think in that area. That being said, if you can get them to come down and you manage, it will be a nice place in a few years.

For 2 years I bowhunted 100 acres that a client owns between that piece and the hunting club north of there. I had very few deer on camera and in half a dozen hunts each year saw a total of 2 deer. Figured with all the pressure on club, they would use the 100 acres. Didnt work out that way. I didnt even go over there this year.
