I don't even think it was ever about the drug money.

It was her loss of control...Walt was a giant pussy before Heisenberg.

She wasn't man of the house anymore and she resents his changed personality.

She loved passive Walt like a girl loves a dog.

She sleeps with Ted to gain some upper hand as sex is her rudimentary all she has for power play.

And at the end, she goes all moral just to win against Walt, refusing his money to hurt him emotionally.

This was not a partnership. This was a Fiefdom and Walt was her Serf. When things flipped, she showed her true colors and lack of love.

I wouldn't have been surprised if the writers wrote in the script that she had been poisoning Walt before he got sick.

Skylar had this I have to be in charge and a possible Munchausen syndrome by proxy...she treats Walt like child early on and seems to enjoy the spotlight of his illness.
