If you have a good PC you really have no reason to get an Xbox so I thank Microsoft for that.

Still making money

Sony will win the console war, but Xbox will be available on over 1 billion devices soon.

Google Stadia Just Handed The Streaming War To Microsoft And xCloud

There is one clear winner here, and that is Microsoft, Xbox and xCloud.

Not that Stadia was some massive industry force or anything, but a lack of confidence in the service after this should draw even more people to xCloud as that continues to expand. It is 100% clear that Microsoft would never abandon its many first party development teams, so Game Pass, and in turn, xCloud, will always have a lot of first and third party titles. And Microsoft is in the gaming space to stay, whereas Google just feels like they’re dabbling in it, and their past statements that they are invested in Stadia for the long term now seem hollow.

So Sony is coming to Microsoft to help them with cloud offerings and XCloud is on its way for dominance in cloud streaming. How long until we find those 1st party Sony exclusives on XCloud?

Sony is going to make Microsoft a ton of money

I still think we are a generation away from Cloud Streaming being actually comparable performance-wise.

I tried the remote gaming method on my PS4 Pro to play PS5 and even over a LAN network it still has noteable lag and a big downgrade in picture quality. If it doesn't work on my home network I would hate to rely on it for gaming all the time no matter how fast the XCloud servers are. Without Fiber access I just don't see how it could possibly compare
