Yep, GM just lining up at the government feed trough per Biden. That goal will not be achieved unless there is a major breakthrough in battery technology.
Good example: most of interstate commerce transportation is by big rig trucks carrying heavy loads. It will be a long time before any non-fossil fuel technology reaches a level to replace diesel engines.
