New board consideration

I'm basing my suggestion off of what went on in the Q thread(s). We might want to consider a "Fringe" board. There were multiple topics discussed in the thread and a separate board for these theories and off the beaten path subjects would be beneficial. For one thing it would keep these discussions off the OT and political boards. Just my 2 cents.

A "Fringe Board?"
At what point do we just tell people to find another website instead of making a board for conspiracy theorists and Q tards

You could tell them to take a hike, but the same people in those threads make contributions on the regular in other forums here.

I get that, but I also wouldn't be surprised if the owner hasn't been wondering what to do with all these crazy Q threads going forward. I doubt they want to bring even more crazies here by highlighting it even considering the additional traffic. just my 2 cents

True, Chicken would have to consider what liabilities there would be having such a forum. But at least all the conspiracy stuff would be in one place.
As far as bringing more crazies, it might be a plus. Think about all the pharmaceutical advertising he could do.

That's the Political Board.

That's seems to be the default board, yet some material discussed (like in parts of Q thread) go beyond what would be considered political.
Look at the volume in the original Q thread (6000 pages), close to a third of it was composed of alternate subject matter. This makes me feel that there is a place for these discussions.

so you can stay comfy and cozy in pretend normal land.

issue with people like you is you categorize real information that isn't on the tv as conspiracy
do you even know what that word means?
somehow people like you determined that anything not reported by the media is a conspiracy and can't discern between actual info that should be added to an investigation and a theory.
example: the same financial data was housed in the exact spot hit at the pentagon and WTC7. days before 911 there was talk of missing and unaccounted trillions of dollars. these two spots that were destroyed were the only places on earth that housed the answer to the missing trillions.
acquiring the information that the spot at the pentagon and WTC7 is where this info was stored isn't a conspiracy itself, it's literally acquiring information in an investigation.

Assume much? While there are those who jump at everything as a conspiracy, I found that many (at least here on TD) do their dilagance to disprove such ideas. Many dig into what evidence they have access to find out what is going on. The one thing I discovered on the political forum is that you better know what you're talking about and better cite credible sources or get screwed with the quickness.

Take your example for example.

Hidden Tiger, remember when I wrote about citing credible sources. This is why.

laugh
OT Lounge thread that lists 10-15 points on Bill Gates asking people to guess who these points describes is a completely acceptable thing to do on a board like that without fricking sources in the OP.
get real

Applying a strawman argument doesn't work here.
ETA If you read any of the Q thread you would have noticed that posters provided evidence and sources of information.

Out of curiosity was it mostly tweets? Or screen grabs of 4chan or chans in general?
What is considered evidence in the Q thread?

Hidden Tiger
what's your favorite conspiracy?
It was part of a larger CIA operation to encourage feminism in the US to destabilize American society and disrupt the traditional family unit so that children would be turned over to The State earlier in life.
Now THAT is a damn fine conspiracy theory!

ETA: I want to point out he stands by that conspiracy theory even today... Poli Board post today

Fantasy politics board would be a better name. That way the morons who don't demand proof can have an echo chamber and Chicklin can still get his desired clicks from those scumbags.

Generally speaking Q would drop info and links. The links were info on individuals and corporations. The info showed the political and financial connections. It was up to readers on 4chan and others (like us in the Q thread) to investigate to see if these things were true.
