Where can I buy a cheap flat screen TV? Less than $30-40 preferably

Is there such a place? I was thinking there should be a better place than a pawn shop.

Well, it's going to be used and I doubt even a pawn shop can hit that price point. It's going to have a small screen that's even smaller than most computer monitors.

I purchase these often for my business to use as additional hdmi monitors.
For this price you have to go used. Check ebay, craigslist, and offer up. Search in your local area maybe 10 miles from your preferred zip code first, you may find some hidden gems. You can even look at ones priced at 50-65 and make your offer. I've been surprised at how much size I get for that rate. Best wishes.
