Gaia GPS, it costs money, but you can download maps. These aren’t just street maps, but all kinds of different maps. I have one for all the forest service roads and trails. It also works with Apple CarPlay which is in the 2020+ Tacoma. Wish it was wireless, but I got a dongle that allows that pretty well.
