Reality is that Lin probably needs it
But professional licensing to enforce ideology is going to be a battle ground.
If Lin violated professionalism rules, and I highly suspect it's not too hard to make that argument, discipline him. I think mental illness and professional licensing is a legit topic but disbarring people for mental illness can usually be avoided by taking action based on action (rather than underlying illness).

Well, he has a personal physician, and subjecting to what might be a witch hunt, so going to agree with Lin here. Legally, if sued by the people whom he might have slandered, he can just show the proof. The State Bar should stick with the law, and remedies, and STFU, unless there are legal malpractices on his part...
